The young, focused and dynamic team of professionals at PDKA is led personally by him. He has more than 15 years of post-qualification experience in all the areas of services provided by the CA firm.
He has successfully completed an international course, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a post-qualification course of ICAI called Diploma in Information Systems Auditor (DISA). These qualifications provided him with expertise and qualification for information Systems (IS) Audit. An avid learner, Shri Dilip Kumar P. takes personal interest in training and promoting quality practices amongst his Team. He specializes in business entry strategies for foreign companies in India, business valuations, setting up internal controls & corporate governances in start-up companies and providing CFO services to foreign companies in India.

The objective of PDKA is to be a one-stop service provider for corporate houses with strict adherence to the standards, guidelines and regulations of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
In order to achieve this objective, it is our policy to establish and maintain efficient and effective Quality Management System (QMS).
Quality at PDKA is the responsibility of all the members of staff, individually and collectively. The proprietor and the Client Managers are authorized to take all necessary steps to make sure the implementation of the firm's Quality Standards at all levels and to all its clients without compromising on its values and ICAI standards. The proprietor will personally ensure that staff at all levels within the firm are trained and experienced in applying firm's quality standards. The systems, process, service design, delivery and communications will be continually improved to conform to client's requirements and expectations of the service provided.

There is also a dedicated, trained, experienced and highly motivated team of around 30
audit staff to complete all assignments at high quality. The team includes two qualified chartered accountants and a senior audit manager.
