Registering the company with Professional tax department within 30 days from the date of incorporation.
Applying for Import / Export Code (IEC) from Joint Director General of Foreign Trade (JDGFT) which is prerequisite for undertaking any import or export activities.
Obtaining Service tax registration certificate for the services to be provided by the Company.
If required, registration under Karnataka Value Added Tax Act and Central Sales Tax Act for the products dealt by the company.
Registration under Employees Provident Funds Act (PF) and Employees State Insurance Corporation of India (ESI), if required.
